You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You may create only an account for yourself and must provide materially accurate account, age, and profile information.
2. Nature of the service
Synastry provides astrological chart calculations and relationship compatibility guidance, along with profile discovery, consent-based message requests, and messaging. Its readings are designed for personal insight and intentional dating. They do not replace professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and no score guarantees a particular relationship outcome.
3. Your responsibilities
- Treat other members with respect and honor consent and boundaries.
- Do not harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, defraud, discriminate against, or exploit another person.
- Do not post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or non-consensual content.
- Do not scrape profiles, reverse engineer security controls, introduce malware, or use automation to spam members.
- Protect your password and report suspected unauthorized access.
4. Content and messages
You retain responsibility for content you submit and grant the service the limited permission needed to store, process, resize, display, and transmit it for product operation. Do not submit content you lack the right to use. Messages are private between participants in the product experience but are stored by the service and may be reviewed when lawfully required or reported for safety.
5. Safety actions
The operator may restrict or remove accounts, content, or access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. Blocking and reporting tools do not replace emergency or law-enforcement services.
6. Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, or end features and may experience interruptions. Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve data and functionality, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
Use Synastry at your own discretion. You remain responsible for your interactions, decisions, meetings, and compliance with local law. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of relationship success, identity verification, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Account closure
You may delete your account at any time in Profile settings. The operator may suspend access for serious or repeated violations. Provisions that by their nature should survive closure—including responsibility for prior conduct—continue to apply.
